Joinville Expands Its Vertical Private Marketplace Inventory with Ethnic Private MarketPlaces
Stockholm, October 6, 2015: Joinville, a Stockholm-based startup leading the charge in delivering ethnic programmatic advertising solutions, today announced they are launching several new UK private marketplace (PMPs) with ethnic ad inventory.
Brand advertisers interested in reaching UK African, UK Chinese, Filipino, Persian and Arabic-speaking audiences will be able to buy media inventory in exclusive, private marketplaces (PMPs) from inside their own programmatic buying platforms.
“Trading desks have started to request ethnic and vertical PMPs and we wanted to create easy-to-buy hubs where media buyers can leverage Joinville’s strong, vertical publisher inventory for programmatic buying”, says Niklas Nikolaidis, Joinville’s CEO. “For Joinville, it’s about simplifying the selling and buying of hard-to-find niche audiences across screens and platforms where brands can sell to the long tail consumers as well. As advertisers run bigger and more complex campaigns with Joinville, they are looking for more efficient and frictionless ways to buy ethnic and BME media that fits into their workflow and ad technology stack.” he continues.
Joinville’s ethnic PMPs, sometimes also called Direct Auctions, are available via the Doubleclick Ad Exchange and Rubicon Project and can easily be set up using the industry standard known as a deal ID inside demand-side platforms (DSPs) or directly inside the ad exchanges.
Media buyers, trading desks and advertisers have various options for accessing these ethnic private marketplaces:
- Using the deal ID in their current 3rd party platforms.
- Buying it directly inside Rubicon Project or Doubleclick Ad Exchange.
- Accessing Joinville’s self-serve vertical ad platform Mundo. (Upcoming feature)
“The steadily growing advertiser and publisher base, increasing deal sizes and higher frequencies of repeat advertisers are all indicators of how well Joinville’s ethnic programmatic solutions on both the buy- and sell side has been embraced by advertisers”, concludes Nikolaidis.
